Our Team

Hanah has been with Almost Family Care since March, beginning as a Hiring Coordinator and advancing into her current role as IHC Director. She brings a wide range of experience in both IDD and in-home care, including direct support, scheduling, care management, team leadership, family coordination, and developing individualized goals and care plans. Her experience ranges from helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence and reach personal goals to coordinating compassionate care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Hanah is passionate, dedicated, and empathetic, and she genuinely cares about the people and families she supports. Hanah is known for staying calm under pressure and finding solutions in challenging situations. She believes that everything is figure-it-out-able and strives to bring that mindset to her team every day. Outside of work, Hanah is fun-loving and adventurous and enjoys traveling, exploring new places, trying new activities, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves a good karaoke session in the car—although she promises she is much more passionate than talented when it comes to singing!
