Our Team

Samantha’s passion for IDD services began through coaching Special Olympics and supporting students with diverse needs, leading her to dedicate her career fully to this field back in 2019. Throughout her career, Samantha has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities, including managing multiple group homes, training and supporting large teams, overseeing quality assurance, and assisting with licensing and compliance. Samantha’s ultimate goal is to help every person she works with live an independent, meaningful life filled with joy and love. She hopes to coach and inspire others to provide that same support, in hopes that one day they teach others to do the same—changing the world, one person at a time.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys crafting, thrifting, antique shopping, hiking, rockhounding, spending time outdoors, and most importantly, spending time with her family.
